Vendor Check-In &amp; Event Details Please check in at the Vendor Table located directly in front of Liberty Hall upon arrival. Vendor setup begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be fully set up before event start time. Breakdown may begin after the event concludes, and all vendor materials must be removed no later than 6:00 PM. Additional logistics, including load-in instructions and parking details, will be sent prior to the event.
