Join AFFGS for our March Education Workshop&nbsp; Topic: Identity Formation in AdopteesPresenter: Samson Irish-Lodge Samson is a counselor with Catalyst Counseling AND a transracial adoptee. Hearing his unique perspective of lived experience and therapeutic training is an exciting opportunity for all of us. Presentation will begin at 2pm, followed by small group discussions. &nbsp;Please arrive about 15 minutes early to get settled.&nbsp;Free parking is available in the structure down the street and free childcare will be provided on site.&nbsp; This workshop is designed for adoptive parents, adoptees, and caregivers in the Greater Seattle area who want connection, concrete strategies, and support. Join us for our annual pool party! Swimmers and non-swimmers are welcome to join us for a Fostering Community-Creating Connection event. We will provide snacks and drinks off the pool deck.Please bring your swim suits and towels (No glass containers). We have rented the entire facility from 3-5pm, so we will have full access to locker rooms, the big pool, the lazy river, and the splash area for little kids. There will be pool toys, floaties, and water walker mats provided. Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable!

He has held a variety of roles in the foster care community and has been a strong advocate within the LGBTQ2IA+ community. Safety in the Digital Age: Parenting Tips And Tricks To Keep Your Kids Safe Online

Celebrate Father&#39;s Day with us on our annual camping trip! &nbsp;No previous camping experience needed:) This year, we have chosen Scenic Beach State Park for our gathering. Bring your tent (or RV for dry camping), food, and supplies. The kids often enjoy having bikes as well. Dogs on-leash are welcome. This event has a space limit, so register early to reserve your spot!
