Our Altrusa District Twelve&nbsp;&ldquo;Building Bridges and Serving Communities&rdquo; Conference 2026 is where friendship, fun, and learning come together to inspire you as an Altrusan. Please join us on Thursday, May 14th for a reception and opening ceremony practice and then&nbsp;May 15-17th for the full conference at Semiahmoo Resort and Spa in Blaine, WA. The&nbsp;REGISTRATION DEADLINE for Conference is&nbsp;Tuesday, April 7, 2026. There is no late registration. The full 3-day Conference registration cost is $310, which includes Friday and Saturday meals. One-day registration and guest options are also available. Registration may be paid for with a credit card, or you have the option to mail a check. Registrations and checks may be mailed but must be received by April 7th. If there is any question about the timing, you must contact Nicole Jaki at <a fr-original-style="" href="mailto:altrusa12conference@gmail.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">altrusa12conference@gmail.com</a>&nbsp;to provide your registration information so it can be entered manually, and then still have your form and check mailed and postmarked by&nbsp;April 7th. Registration Cancellations, Refunds &amp; Credits:Note: Per District Twelve Policy VII. C. 8, requests for conference refunds for a member who needs to cancel their registration will be granted and a full refund given provided that the request is made in writing via mail or email and received by the District Governor by April 30th. Email refund requests to Governor Julie Livingston at&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="mailto:livingstonjulie2@gmail.com" rel="noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">livingstonjulie2@gmail.com</a>.&nbsp; On or after May 1st, registered members who can no longer attend can request a conference credit to be used at next year&rsquo;s conference. This request must be made in writing via mail or email and received by the District Governor prior to the opening conference events on May 14th. Approval of conference credits are typically reserved for critical health issues. This credit is non-transferable. An email confirmation will be sent for each registration.
