Half of the total pot goes to the winning ticket; the other half fuels our advocacy, education, and community outreach. Your participation helps fund workshops for first-time AANHPI homebuyers, resources on fair housing, and programs that empower AANHPI real estate professionals 🏠. On December 3, 2026, AREAA Greater Seattle celebrates its 20th Annual Installation Gala &mdash; Emerald Dynasty &mdash; at the Hilton Bellevue. A night of elegance, connection, and purpose. And an opportunity to put your brand in front of the people who drive real estate in the Puget Sound. AREAA advances sustainable homeownership in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities &mdash; 19,000+ members, 45+ chapters, 200+ locally. Our chapter has funded down payment assistance, raised six figures for disaster relief, mentored emerging agents, and carried housing policy to Congress. Sponsoring the gala isn&#39;t a logo on a banner. It&#39;s stage time, signature branded moments, program and recap-video placement, complimentary seats, and a genuine seat at the table with producing agents, lenders, title partners, and builders.
