The mission of ARVOAD is to foster effective and efficient service delivery to people living in the state of Arkansas who have been affected by disaster.ARVOAD is a statewide association of independent, voluntary, 501c3 nonprofit, nonpartisan organizations who are active in disaster response. Each ARVOAD member organization will maintain its own identity and independence while working with other ARVOAD member organizations.
