Balint is a certified Tai Chi master, black belt, and published writer who has taught and performed Sun style Tai Chi since 1998. She has presented nationally and internationally, earning multiple medals, including an international silver medal in Sun style, and has performed at the Tai Chi Gala under Master Loretta Wollering. This 12-week workshop in Sun style Tai Chi, the newest of the five major Tai Chi family styles. Created by Sun Lu Tang (1861&ndash;1932), this accessible form is performed in higher stances with distinctive footwork, making it suitable for all ages and recommended by the CDC for fall prevention.
