LXCL:The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Eastern Iowa, is a chapter of AFP Global, a member-based group that empowers individuals and organizations to practice ethical fundraising through professional education, support, and networking. Our members represent communities in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City metro and surrounding areas.

October Education Session

National Philanthropy Day recognizes the people and organizations generous with their time and treasure for the enrichment of our Corridor communities. Celebrate the power of philanthropy with us at a reception on Thursday, November 12th at Field Day Brewing Co. in North Liberty.&nbsp; The event begins at 4:00 pm. A brief program will begin at 4:30 pm, during which the 2026 National Philanthropy Day Honorees will be recognized. Hors d&rsquo;oeuvres will be provided and a cash bar will be available.
