Welcome to the Augusta Soccer Team. We are looking for dedicated players who are ready to commit to a professional mindset and help us build a community-focused, high-level soccer program. We pride ourselves on keeping team fees as low as possible to ensure soccer remains accessible to all.Commitment & ExpectationsTo keep our costs at a maximum of $400 per player per season, we rely on our players to buy into our culture. We ask for:Total Commitment: Attendance is required for two training sessions per week and all scheduled games.Professional Mindset: We maintain a predictable, consistent schedule so you can plan your life around the team. In return, we expect players to assist with facility clean-up after training and games.Community Engagement: As an Augusta-based club, players are expected to make a reasonable effort to attend team community events.Performance Standard: This is a competitive, high-level environment. While everyone receives a fair, equal opportunity for development, playing time is not guaranteed. The players who are in the best form will start.League & Season Structure Schedule: The season consists of 10 total league games (5 guaranteed home games and 5 away games).Travel: Players should be prepared for travel up to 6 hours away for away fixtures. To the best of our ability, we will organize transportation or carpooling to make travel as painless as possible.Playoffs: The postseason is decided by a single-elimination tournament format.EligibilityAges: Open to all players aged 16 and older (no upper age limit).Experience: No prior experience is required to try out—we are looking for character and a willingness to learn.Tryout Details:We will hold tryouts over multiple days and times to accommodate various schedules.
