Be Sensitive, Be Brave is a community conversation and focus group hosted by the Bay Area Community Health Advisory Council. Together, we will be learning how to show up when life gets heavy. We’ll talk real about mental health — how to recognize when someone’s struggling, what to say, and how to support our people with care and confidence.You’ll learn how to:Spot signs of emotional distressSupport others with courage and compassionConnect to trusted mental health resourcesBuild resilience for yourself and your communityBreak stigma and strengthen our villageWhy this is importantBy registering, you support BACHAC’s mission to reduce health disparities through education, advocacy, and access to care.
