Resume Clinic (Session 2) is a focused, small‑group session for Bay Area biotech professionals and students of Taiwanese descent. Bring your current resume and leave with clear, concrete edits and next steps. Mentors will offer practical feedback on structure, wording, and how to highlight your biotech experience and achievements. Our goal is to support your growth in the biotechnology community and help you feel more confident for your next application 🤝.

Navigating biotech job market workshop (Session 2)

In collaboration with Boston Taiwanese Biotechnology Association (BTBA), East Meets West in Biopharma brings together professionals who have work experiences in both west and east coast, aiming to have a casual conversation sharing their valuable insights working in both biohubs. If you&#39;re in a midst of transitioning or looking for your next steps in bio career, this webinar will provide you with connections and info for both areas. East Meets West in Biopharma

Navigating biotech job market workshop is a two-part workshop designed for biotechnology students and professionals looking to jumpstart or advance their careers in Scientist, Business Development, Manufacturing/CDMO and Project management roles. This program offers insights into current job market trends, introduces a variety of career paths in biotech, and provides guidance on building strong application materials. You&rsquo;ll also have the opportunity to expand your network by connecting with experienced mentors and like-minded peers, helping you take confident next steps in your job search.&nbsp; Session 1 (Online | May 31 at 10 AM)In this virtual session, mentors invited by BATBA from a range of industries will share practical advice on building a strong resume and standing out in job interviews. They&rsquo;ll also talk about their own hiring experiences and what they look for in candidates. This session is designed to give you a broad overview of different job functions and help you prepare materials you can refine further in Session 2. Session 2 (In-Person | June 14 | Startup Island TAIWAN&ndash;SV Hub) &nbsp;The second session will be held in person with limited spots available. Participants are encouraged to bring their resumes and job descriptions for roles they&rsquo;re interested in. You&rsquo;ll have the chance to join small group or one-on-one discussions with mentors and receive personalized feedback on your applications.
