Bear Backers

Bear Backers supports Big Bear High School athletics by providing resources, equipment, and facility enhancements that enrich the student-athlete experience, filling funding gaps to ensure all athletes have the tools they need to succeed.

Celebrate the Inaugural class of the Big Bear High School Athletic Hall of Fame! Join us for a special evening honoring the athletes, coaches, teams and contributors whose achievements and dedication have helped shape the legacy of Big Bear High School athletics. The inaugural Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Dinner will bring together alumni, families, coaches, athletes and our community for an evening of celebration, memories and BBHS pride as we recognize our first-ever Hall of Fame inductees. Guests will enjoy dinner, the induction ceremony, special Hall of Fame presentations and opportunities to support Bear Backers throughout the evening. This event is also an important fundraiser for Bear Backers. Proceeds help us provide resources, equipment, facility enhancements and larger athletic needs that benefit BBHS student-athletes—particularly projects and purchases that may fall outside available school or district funding. From equipment such as ice machines to larger improvements such as scoreboards, our goal is to help fill important gaps and enhance the athletic experience for as many BBHS athletes as possible. Be part of BBHS history as we honor the past and invest in the future of BBHS athletics.
