The BVSCAA strives to curate the finest experience for event-goers, therefore, the process to apply to be a vendor in 2026 has been revised and is as follows with no exceptions. Also, completion of the Vendor Interest Form does not automatically approve your business as a vendor for either event, Renaissance Faire or Holiday Bazaar, it lets the Committees know you are interested in being a vendor for these events. The 4th Annual Renaissance Faire will be on June 6, 2026 at Cub Lake and Holiday Bazaar will be held at the Whiting Center on November 27 & 28, 2026.Complete all sections of the Interest Form. These events will be juried and you will be asked to provide a minimum of three (3) pictures of your items and one (1) picture of your booth. Our committee will be working to ensure that there are no exact duplicate items being sold, the items are crafted by the vendor, and they are appropriate for each event. Email pictures to
[email protected] Even if you were a vendor in the past for BVSCAA, please send in current pictures that represent your business.According to requirements of the BVSA, there will be priority given to BVS Resident vendors. Each event will have limited vendor spaces and if you are a vendor needing multiple spaces, there is no guarantee that more than one booth can be provided. With the BVSA change, if you were a vendor for either of these events in the past, you are not guaranteed to be a vendor in 2026.Vendors that are approved for each event will be notified by email and provided the Zeffy link to complete your application for each event and pay the vendor fees. The timing to send the Zeffy link for each event will be approximately 90 days prior to the event. Vendors must complete payment by the given deadline. Cancellation Policy: Vendors that cancel 60 days prior to the event can request to have their vendor fees refunded. Any cancellation 45 days prior to the event up to the day of the event will be forfeited.Food vendors must be permitted through Kern County Environmental Health. Both events will be permitted through Kern County and you will be required to post your Cottage Permit and Temporary Food Facility Permit.
