We would like to invite you to be a part of an exciting project that we are doing in conjunction with the Elks National Foundation donations. Last week we presented a $5000 Grant to an organization entitled, Embracing Freedom. This organization rescues sex trafficked boys and girls and gives them guidance, refuge and whatever it takes to help them recover from the horrors of this crime. We are enlisting your support in providing necessities for this refuge. They are completing the renovation of a home that was donated to them several years ago that has consumed much money and much time. With the $5000 we recently donated they will be able to house victims and get them back to a more normal life. They are in need of many items. They brought us a wish list of things they will need to have to provide these services. The list is long. Based on this wish list the Lodge would like to provide the table, arm chairs and lamp for their counseling center at a cost of $400. If we can come up with the funds we would also like to purchase a rug for each of the 4 bedrooms at $99 per rug for a total of another $400. Every donation—of any size—helps us respond to real needs. Thank you for standing with us and keeping Beaumont strong. ❤️
