From Boardrooms to Classrooms, we are opening Doors for the next generation of Powerful Women through purposeful giving and generational impact. What happens when the most powerful women in the room decide to invest in the most promising young people in the community? Transformation. Legacy. Impact that echoes for generations. Black Door Society, known as the &quot;Good Ole Black Girl Network&quot;&trade;️, was built on a singular truth: access changes everything. Black Door Society exists to open doors to opportunity, wealth, and legacy, connecting high-profile women of color who sit in boardrooms, hold high-level positions, attend exclusive events, and occupy decision-making tables. These are women who know firsthand what it means to push through barriers and who refuse to pull the door closed behind them. Goal Grinders, Inc. was born from that same conviction only focused on the generation still finding their way. Goal Grinders is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students to become curious learners, excellent students, and community leaders through a wide variety of programming and exploratory learning experiences. As a 501(c)(3), Goal Grinders provides educational opportunities to students in 6th through 12th grade in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, and STEM.&nbsp; Together, these two organizations form a complete arc of impact: women who have arrived, investing in the youth who are on their way. &nbsp;Goal Grinders focuses on redefining education for minority and at-risk middle and high school teens, providing educational enrichment and skills training, with an emphasis on psychoeducation, self-development, peer-to-peer relations, and empowerment through creative leadership activities. &nbsp;Through initiatives like the Goal Chat series and the Leaders in Training Bootcamp, Goal Grinders fosters personal growth, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial development to help youth navigate challenges and become active community leaders. Black Door Society&#39;s philanthropic arm brings that mission to scale channeling the resources, networks, and influence of high-achieving women of color into the communities that raised them.
