Black Trans Liberation Kitchen empowers the Black trans community by addressing homelessness and food insecurity, fostering resilience, and celebrating identity through events and advocacy. Together, we strive for equity and compassion.

Welcome to Black Trans Liberation&rsquo;s&nbsp;&ldquo;Broadway is Trans&rdquo; Pride Edition Silent Auction. We invite you to bid on an array of Broadway treasures as we commemorate and celebrate the historic achievements our trans siblings have made on the Big White Way. Your winning bid helps to support our mission to supply meals weekly for vulnerable community members, while providing a vital space to gather to celebrate each other and to build community. Bidding will begin on June 1st and continue until 10am on June 29, 2026. All winning bidders will be alerted at this time. All physical prizes will be held at Judson Memorial Church offices (239 Thompson St) for pickup through the middle of July. Please contact Blacktransliberation@gmail.com to make arrangements for pickup. All virtual prizes will be sent out via the email we have on file for the winner. Please reach out if there is a different email that the prize should be sent to.

Trans voices to the stage please join us for a remarkable evening of cabaret performances celebrating the best of the Broadway community while centering trans voices on stage. Hosted by the 2026 NYC Pride Grand Marshall Peppermint, the event marks a historic moment that reflects the ongoing shift in the industry, where trans artists and their stories are increasingly visible both on and off the stage. The event will also feature notable Broadway &amp; Theater artists such as: J. Harrison Ghee, Sis The Doll, Cristina Rea, B Noel Thomas &amp; more. You don&#39;t want to miss Black Trans Liberation&#39;s Summer Fundraiser, &quot;Broadway Is Trans&quot;!! The event directly supports Black Trans Liberation&#39;s mission to end homelessness and food insecurity within the trans population by providing weekly meals, mutual aid, and community centered care. &nbsp;Black Trans Liberation, led by <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.instagram.com/qween_jean/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Qween Jean</a>, Activist &amp; 2-time Tony Award nominated Costume Designer Extraordinaire, has provided weekly meals to the New York City community every Wednesday at Judson Memorial Church for over six years. Through consistent mutual aid, the organization feeds thousands of New Yorkers annually while building life affirming fellowship and addressing food insecurity and homelessness within the trans community.
