Bloomsburg Public Library fosters community engagement through access to diverse resources, including books, eBooks, and programs. Their mission is to enrich lives by promoting literacy, lifelong learning, and cultural enrichment for all residents.

Lace up your sneakers&mdash;Pages to Pavement is hitting the ground running (and walking!) in a burst of color, all in support of your local libraries! 🎨 This untimed, all-ages color run features a 5K and a 1-mile option, making it perfect for families, bookworms, fitness fans, and fun-lovers alike. Along the route, participants will be showered with clouds of bright, eco-friendly color powder&mdash;transforming the included white t-shirt into a masterpiece of motion. We want to thank the Bloomsburg Fair Association for their generous use of the space! 🎟 Registration includes a commemorative t-shirt (as supplies last**) and a great excuse to get gloriously messy for a good cause. Run, walk, read&mdash;however you roll, let&rsquo;s take it from Pages to Pavement! 🏃&zwj;♂️&nbsp; **If you register after July 26th, you may receive a plain white t-shirt instead of a printed race t-shirt.**

This &ldquo;FAKE EVENT&rdquo; helps us test our ticketing system so future library events run smoothly. 🎟️ By filling out this form, you&rsquo;re helping Friends of the Bloomsburg Public Library plan real programs that support reading, learning, and access to information for everyone. No actual tickets or payments will be processed. Your responses are for testing only 📚 and will guide how we organize upcoming community events at the library.

Contribute to the library&#39;s 100th Anniversary campaign to restore the original woodwork on the building exterior, which is in desperate need of restoration and painting. We are still working on getting bids for this work, but we know there is at least $100,000 worth of work to be done. What we can do will depend on community donations and grants. Any additional funds raised will go toward other critical building projects. We hope to &#39;crowdfund&#39; this campaign with many $100 donations. We also hope some individuals and businesses who can give more will give larger gifts. Seats are limited for each car and departure time, so grab your tickets early to reserve your spot on the tracks!
