Your admission helps support our mission of providing free books, educational resources, recreational materials, and encouragement to service members, veterans, injured military recruits, and military children. Books for Boots is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides books, movies, music, puzzles, and more to all military members - from injured recruits at basic training to veterans and military children. In just 2 years and 7 months, we&rsquo;ve sent more than 15,000 items to those who serve, all made possible by the generosity of supporters like you. Funds raised through this auction directly support the behind-the-scenes essentials that make our mission possible, including shipping costs, storage fees, and basic operating expenses. These vital funds ensure that donated items don&rsquo;t sit on shelves &mdash; they reach the hands and hearts of our heroes locally and around the world. Items can be shipped directly to winner for the exact cost of shipping OR if local to Prairieville / Baton Rouge, items can be exchanged in person.&nbsp;
