Learn basic steps to Square Dancing! &nbsp;The caller will lead you through easy steps, such as Do-si-do, Allemande Left, and Promenade, while dancing to modern country and rock music. &nbsp;No partner needed and all ages are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. &nbsp;It&#39;s a fun&nbsp;way to make new friends, a fun way to exercise, a fun way to learn a new skill, and a fun way to have just have fun! &nbsp;&nbsp; Presented by Cydni Radant of the Levis and Lace Square Dance Club of Woodruff.

Intro to Square Dancing

Create a pair of custom beaded and leather bracelets while you learn simple jewelry-making skills in a relaxed, community setting. In this workshop, participants will make a bracelet duo. All tools and materials are provided. Participants will leave with two finished bracelets including a simple braided cord bracelet and beaded chevron bracelet. For the braided cord bracelet, participants will have a variety of bead colors to choose from. The chevron bracelet is made using leather cord, metal jump rings, Miyuki Glass Beads, and a special stone from Lake Superior for the closure! The bracelets are very comfortable and easy to make! Reserve your spot by completing this form. Space is limited to 15 participants.

Bracelet Duo Workshop

Connect and reflect with the Community Conversation Group, Boulder Junction Public Library, and PBS Wisconsin for America&#39;s 250 Anniversary. The Community Conversation Group in Eagle River is partnering with local libraries and PBS Wisconsin to bring our community together to connect and reflect on our shared history and its implication for the future. Please join us for a two-hour America@250 Community Conversation, which includes mingling, a facilitated discussion, and viewing of clips from THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, a six-part PBS documentary series directed by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein, and David Schmidt. America@250 Community Conversations are structured, small-group discussions designed to help you get to know others in your community, listen to and consider multiple perspectives, and reflect on how these align with or differ from your own.

Join local artist and crafter Darcy Lanz-Sage for this fun and creative workshop! Participants will create coasters, small art pieces, and ornaments, using alcohol inks on ceramic ornaments, tiles, paper, and glass. See how &ldquo;fire&rdquo; can be used for some beautiful organic effects. Discover the magic of alcohol inks! All materials and supplies are provided by the instructor.

CPR & AED Training

Looking for ways to make technology work for you? Learn about safe and reliable password creation and storage, email tips and tricks, calendar app tricks, and more. Have your own questions and challenges? Submit up to three questions when you register for the class for them to be included in the talk. Can&#39;t make it to the program or need additional technology help? Stop in for our weekly Tuesday Tech Time. Appointments can be scheduled for half hour blocks from 10am to 2pm or drop in for quick 15 minute sessions from 2pm to 4pm.

Social connections plays an important role in helping us stay healthy, active, and resilient. Join us to explore the link between social isolation, loneliness, and falls risk. We&#39;ll discuss how a fear of falling can lead to reduced activity, increased isolation, and decreased physical function, as well as ways to overcome the stigma that can prevent people from seeking support. Participants will learn how meaningful relationships, community engagement, volunteering, and group activities can support physical and emotional well-being, boost confidence and mobility, and help build resilience against falls.&nbsp;
