🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟At BrightLeaf we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create a brighter, more compassionate world for all. According to the 2023 Youth Risk Behavior Survey Data Summary & Trends Report, the nation is experiencing a youth mental health crisis. One in seven young people, ages ten to nineteen, are experiencing mental health difficulties, most commonly anxiety and depression. These problems often go unrecognized and untreated. According to the 2022 National Survey of Children’s Health, 30.3% of NH youth have had one or more emotional, behavioral, or developmental conditions, and of those only 51.5% received mental health treatment or counseling within the past year.We are committed to doing all we can for the children, adolescents, and families in our communities. Your tax-deductible donation to the 2025 Annual Appeal will allow us to provide supplies, training, and effective mental health treatment at a time when these services are especially needed.
