Welcome! We are a newly formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization. Our mission is to save horses off the slaughter line so they can find their homes, retire out to pasture, or be part of our future recovery and therapy programs for both adults and children. We plan to bridge together the bond between horses and humans with compassion and healing. Our future programs will be a safe haven to those with special needs, PTSD, trauma, addiction, abuse, and grief. We hope to empower horses and humans to discover trust, peace, and joy through healing. We know there is not enough mental health help out there and equine assisted therapy will not only help with rehabilitating our rescue horses but help humans that are in need of care. This journey begins with you, right here and right now. You can make a difference in saving the life of a horse and many more lives in the future. Donate and share with others so we can start helping these wonderful beings to give them a second chance at life. With your donation today, we are helping to save pregnant mares and young horses before they go to the slaughter house. Yes, you read that right! There are pregnant horses and young babies are on the slaughter line right now that go to slaughter houses and we are trying to save as many of them as we can. We recently rescued our first pregnant mare, who we call Hope. Since then, we have helped get another pregnant mare off the line and 2 young horses that were on their way to slaughter. Hope is with us and working on being part of our therapy program as we work on building trust. She is getting lots of attention, love, and care that she so desperately deserves. The other 3 horses have found their new homes and area safe. So grateful to everyone that helped get her and all of these horses off the line. Please help our rescue in saving more pregnant mares and young horses lives, with your donation and sharing this. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to cover setup costs of the rescue for fencing, building a barn, round pen, buy a horse trailer, and rescue fees for horses. All donations go straight to these items and to care for Hope and other future rescue horses. Our start up costs are as follows:$2,000 for fencing and first part of the barn to get shelters and enclosed areas for the horses up$1,500 for a round pen setup (12 panels of 12ft x 60in) for quarantine for new rescue horses to keep all the horses safe, and will also be used for medical treatment and for training$5,000 for a horse trailer to be able to run to get rescues from kill pens and not rely on transportation from others that we pay high fees for$1,500 for the bail free on 2 more rescue horsesTotaling $10,000We have started to build our big barn in pieces to keep building on as funds come in. We plan to build the horse shelters then attach it to the full barn to storage their hay, feed, and equipment then add on more horse stables to complete the barn for 16 or more horses. We are trying to do things as low cost as we can to utilize our donations and will continue to build up more as more donations come in to more horses. We have put up fencing and will continue to add on for more space for more horses. We do have a public Amazon wish list with items we need for the rescue horses, where you can send items directly to the rescue. We really appreciate you being here to help in rescuing horses off the slaughter line to give them a second chance at life. Thank you so much very!!
