Brooksprings Farms Rescue Foundation is dedicated to rescuing horses from slaughter, providing them with a safe haven, and facilitating healing through equine-assisted therapy for individuals facing trauma, PTSD, and other challenges.

Join our sponsorship horse program!! &nbsp; We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue that saves horses from slaughter houses. &nbsp;We are fully donation based as your donations go to slaughter fee to get them off the line, transportation to get them to our sanctuary, vet or any other care they might need, equipment used to house and build for them, and their feed. &nbsp; This is our sponsor a horse campaign where you help to donate for their feed. &nbsp;Feed items are as follows: Bale of Hay: $40Feed Bag: $30Horse oats: $19Sweet Feed: $13Sweet cob: $23Total: $125 a week and $500 per month per horse We are asking for sponsorship donations to feed the rescued horses. &nbsp;With your donations, you will be updated on the horse&#39;s care and daily life. &nbsp;You will be part of their recovery and healing journey. &nbsp; Currently, we have a pregnant mare that lost some weight while headed to the slaughter house, before we could find her and get her off the line. &nbsp;We are working towards bringing her back up to a nice and healthy weight, that we would like to continue for the rest of her pregnancy. &nbsp;It&#39;s why we have added in some extra feed with sweet feed and sweet cob to give her that extra boost. &nbsp;With your sponsorship, you will be given updates on her and future horses that we rescue. &nbsp; Thank you so much for being part of this second chance program and aiding in the care of rescued horses. &nbsp; How you can help to further power our mission:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Donate: Every dollar counts.
