Sponsor&nbsp;This raffle is conducted by the Canadian River Archery and Gun Club (the &ldquo;Club&rdquo;), a qualified organization under the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act. Tickets are sold through Bulldog Firearms as a convenience to the Club.2. Prize&nbsp;One (1) brand new Sig Sauer 211 GTO with Romeo X Red Dot optic. Approximate retail value: $2,999. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, transfer fees, and background check costs (if any).3. Tax Liability&nbsp;The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes that may be due as a result of winning the prize. The fair market value of the prize may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) if required by law. The Club and Bulldog Firearms will not provide tax advice and are not responsible for any tax consequences to the winner.4. Eligibility<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must be a legal resident of the United States.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Employees of the Club and Bulldog Firearms, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to win.</li></ul>5. Ticket Sales<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ticket price: $50 each.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bundle pricing may be offered (e.g., 3 for $120, 5 for $200, 10 for $350).</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Total tickets limited to 350.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tickets will be sold until sold out or until the drawing date, whichever comes first.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">All sales are final. No refunds.</li></ul>6. Drawing<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Drawing will be held on August 1, 2026 at Bulldog Firearms, 1126 W Wilson St, Borger, TX.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Winner need not be present to win.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification.</li></ul>7. Firearm Transfer Requirements<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The firearm will remain in the possession of Bulldog Firearms (FFL) until the transfer is completed.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Winner must appear in person at Bulldog Firearms, complete ATF Form 4473, and successfully pass a NICS background check.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If the winner is denied or fails to complete the required paperwork within 30 days, the Club will draw an alternate winner.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Club and Bulldog Firearms reserve the right to refuse transfer to any person prohibited by law from possessing a firearm.</li></ul>8. Use of Proceeds&nbsp;All net proceeds from this raffle will be used exclusively for Phase 1 of the steel target range upgrades at Canadian River Archery and Gun Club.9. General Conditions<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these Official Rules.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Club reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if necessary for legal or operational reasons.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Void where prohibited.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (Texas Occupations Code Chapter 2002).</li></ul>10.
