This Dinner with a Purpose showcases Kennebunkport Captains Collection and Chef Ashley Caston. The Kennebunkport Captains Collection (KCC) is firmly rooted in the culture and tradition of Kennebunkport. KCC is a modern collection of four historic Maine homes, formerly owned by leading sea captains. Cooking with Carrots! Tickets are $75 for the class, &nbsp;a sit-down tasting to enjoy our creations, and a $25 donation already&nbsp; included. This is a perfect winter activity for a group of friends. The menu consists of roasted carrot salad, carrot risotto, and of course, carrot cake!&nbsp; We will focus on the versatility and flavor profile of this locally grown ingredient. We will also highlight its health benefits and delicious recipes.
