I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event and acknowledge that the event organizers, SBAT and CB Events, and their officers, directors, representatives, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as &quot;the Indemnified Parties&quot;) are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.Accordingly, I hereby agree to RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Indemnified Parties from any claims for damages or injunctive relief arising from my participation, including but not limited to, claims resulting from the NEGLIGENCE of any of the Indemnified Parties. I also acknowledge that my picture and video may be taken by the event organizers, SBAT and CB Events, as well as other attendees. The organizers have the right to capture and share event media. This applies to all volunteers, participants, vendors, and attendees. If I do not wish to be recorded by other attendees, it is my own responsibility to prohibit them from doing so. The event organizers are not responsible for any photos or videos taken and shared by other individuals. By proceeding with ticket purchase, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I acknowledge that this is a release of liability and a binding contract, and my purchase serves as my agreement to its terms.
