What We DoCedar Hill Action Team supports and develops high quality youth educational programs, recreational activities, health and wellness, career development, coaching, training, and community outreach efforts that are designed to improve performance. We also provide various outreach programs to the seniors in our area with the goal of caring for them and letting them know how valuable they are to our community.We strengthen our community by building relationships with families, the city of Cedar Hill, and the Cedar Hill Independent School District. We all need each other, and when we partner together, everyone benefits-- Especially those who are most vulnerable in our community.
