Annual Membership

Our journey begins with a gentle walk along the garden trails, inviting you to slow down and awaken your senses. We will then gather on a quiet island surrounded by the serene limestone quarry, where the calming sounds of nature become part of our practice. Together, we&rsquo;ll move through a gentle, beginner-friendly mat yoga class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate inner peace. Breathwork and a guided meditation will help you connect with the earth beneath you, the water surrounding you, and the stillness within. Students should bring a yoga mat and be comfortable walking on uneven garden paths. No previous yoga experience is necessary&mdash;just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and connect with nature. Preparing for your journey:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bring a yoga mat and a carrying strap/bag if you have one; we will be carrying our mats as we walk through the gardens to reach out quarry-island setting.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Bring a water bottle</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Wear sunscreen, bug spray, hat and/or sunglasses if desired</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Wear comfortable clothing</li></ul>Please note: Participants should be comfortable walking on uneven garden paths and natural terrain.

Island Yoga Flow

Nuestro viaje comienza con un suave paseo por los senderos del jard&iacute;n, invit&aacute;ndote a desacelerar y despertar tus sentidos. Luego nos reuniremos en una isla tranquila rodeada por la serena cantera de piedra caliza, donde los sonidos calmantes de la naturaleza se convierten en parte de nuestra pr&aacute;ctica. Juntos, nos moveremos a trav&eacute;s de una clase de yoga en colchoneta suave y apta para principiantes, dise&ntilde;ada para liberar tensi&oacute;n, mejorar la movilidad y cultivar la paz interior. El trabajo de respiraci&oacute;n y una meditaci&oacute;n guiada te ayudar&aacute;n a conectarte con la tierra debajo de ti, el agua que te rodea y la quietud interior. Los estudiantes deben traer una colchoneta de yoga y sentirse c&oacute;modos caminando por senderos de jard&iacute;n irregulares. No se necesita experiencia previa en yoga, solo una disposici&oacute;n para desacelerar, respirar y conectarse con la naturaleza. Prepar&aacute;ndose para tu viaje:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Trae una colchoneta de yoga y una correa/bolsa de transporte si tienes una; llevaremos nuestras colchonetas mientras caminamos por los jardines para llegar a nuestro entorno de isla de cantera.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Trae una botella de agua</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Usa protector solar, repelente de insectos, sombrero y/o gafas de sol si lo deseas</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Usa ropa c&oacute;moda</li></ul>Nota: Los participantes deben sentirse c&oacute;modos caminando por senderos de jard&iacute;n irregulares y terrenos naturales.
