Central Alabama Master Gardener Association Inc's Membership Dues

Turn an ordinary pumpkin into a one-of-a-kind fall decoration. In this hands-on workshop, Master Gardener Rebecca Ridley will guide you step-by-step as you decoupage a real or faux pumpkin with seasonal designs. This will be our practice and training for the Senior Project.&nbsp;🎃 All materials are provided, and you&rsquo;ll leave with a finished piece ready for your porch, table, or garden display. This event supports our mission to share practical, beautiful ways to enjoy plants and gardening in everyday life. We will need 5 participants to volunteer to help with the Senior Project on October 9th at the Senior Center (10 - 11:30)🍂

Pumpkin Decoupage Make and Take

Autauga County Master Gardener Jane McCarthy will host a program about caring and propagating succulents. &nbsp;She&#39;ll then lead participants through creating our own beautiful living centerpieces with succulents, moss, seasonal findings, and pumpkins. &nbsp;Hearty refreshments will be served. All materials will be provided.&nbsp; Registration costs $20.

A Season for Succulents

A Pot Full of Sunshine: Growing Citrus is a special workshop hosted by Central Alabama Master Gardeners and led by Dr. Arlie Powell and Jason Powell from Petals From The Past. Learn how to choose the right citrus varieties and care for trees in our climate 🍊. They will also discuss root stock, cold hardiness, diseases, insects, and fertilizers, and may have fruit we can taste test!&nbsp; We will provide hearty snacks and charcuterie throughout the event, and we&rsquo;ll finish up with citrus-inspired make-and-takes for your holiday season! All materials provided, but bring your notebook! Register below to grow your skills and bring a bit of sunshine home 🌱.
