The Central New York Chapter NRHS Inc is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of railroads in Central New York through educational programs, excursions, and community engagement, fostering appreciation for rail heritage.

Climb aboard our comfortable motor coach for a stress-free ride adventure to Steamtown USA National Historic Park in Scranton, Pennsylvania and the Union Pacific Big Boy Reunion! &nbsp;Tickets for this one-day excursion include transportation and admission to view Big Boy No. 4014 while on its landmark northeastern tour of the United States. A box lunch will be provided. &nbsp;A stop for dinner at an affordable family restaurant in Binghamton along the way home will be on your own. &nbsp;Departure time is 10:00am and estimated arrive time back in Syracuse is 8:30pm. &nbsp;Seats are limited to the first 50 Chapter Members sold by first-come basis.

We are getting ready for the 51st Great New York State Model Train Fair fundraiser at the NY State Fairgrounds Expo Center this November 14 and 15, we are reaching out to seek the continued and valued support of your organization. The Central New York Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society (CNYNRHS) is dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and educational outreach of our region&#39;s rich and historically significant railroad heritage. Our all-volunteer, not-for-profit 501c3 organization relies on community backing and events like the Model Train Fair to further our mission. Use this form to signup as a Vendor for the 2026 Great NYS Model Train Fair. &nbsp;You classify as a vendor if your are selling mechandise. &nbsp;If you will not be selling please use the exhibitor signup form. All exhibits and merchandise must be railroad related. &nbsp; Please complete this application accurately and fully so we can properly plan space, utilities, and scheduling for all exhibitors. &nbsp; Notes: &nbsp;An exhibitor will receive 2 chairs any additional chairs needed, will cost $3 eachAn exhibitor will receive 4 Name Badges for free any additional passes will be $5 each.&nbsp; Names are required we can not handle long lists of additional exhibitors the day of setup or on show days.
