Champions for Global Education and Health (CGEH)

Champions for Global Education and Health (CGEH) is dedicated to expanding access to quality education and improving lives of underserved children in Cameroon by providing safe transportation, ensuring every child can attend school safely and thrive.

Every school morning in Yaound&eacute;, Cameroon, children as young as 3 years old begin their journey to Champions Academy with determination and hope. Yet for more than 90% of our pupils, that journey means walking long distances along busy roads where heavy traffic and frequent accidents are a daily reality. Some children even miss school because safe transportation simply isn&#39;t available. Education should never come at the cost of a child&#39;s safety. Champions for Global Education and Health (CGEH) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality education and improving the lives of underserved children and families. Since opening Champions Academy in 2025, our pilot school has provided quality education, scholarships, school supplies, and hope to children from underserved families. Today, we are working to remove one of the greatest barriers to education&mdash;safe and reliable transportation. We are raising $25,000 to purchase, prepare, and place into service a safe, reliable school vehicle that will transport young children safely to and from school. This vehicle will protect children, improve school attendance, give parents peace of mind, and ensure that every child arrives at school ready to learn and thrive. A school vehicle is more than transportation&mdash;it is a pathway to education, opportunity, and a brighter future. It will help remove one of the greatest barriers preventing children from reaching school safely and consistently.
