Registration Day is August 5, 2026 from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm at the Rotary Fields. On registration day:Players must submit proof of age (e.g., birth certificate), a medical release form, code of conduct, and a concussion waiver. Please have these forms completed and return forms on registration day. There will be additional forms available at registration day, if needed.The cost for the 2026-2027 fall-spring season is $225 per player.
