Yooper Game Con 2027 Sponsorship InvitationMy name is Brad Werling. Back in 2019, I created an organization with my friends and family called CheckPoint Saved. Our mission as a 501c3 non-profit organization is to teach people of all ages how to safely and responsibly use technology. We are holding an event called Yooper Game Con on January 9th, 2027 at the River Rock Lanes and Banquet Center in Ishpeming, MI. I would love to talk to you about your business being a sponsor for this event. Yooper Game Con is a family-friendly gaming and pop culture convention hosted by CheckPoint Saved. This our 2nd standalone event builds on the success of past collaborations with UP CityFest, which drew up to 2,000 attendees and featured esports tournaments, BMX stunt shows, and live music. Our gaming zone alone attracted 200–300+ active participants, and this year, we expect an even greater turnout. This our 3rd Annual Yooper Game Con. We’ve designed this year’s event to engage the Upper Peninsula’s growing gaming and pop culture community with: - Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart 8 Tournaments - Free Play Console Gaming Areas - Tabletop, Card, and Board Gaming - Prizes like gaming theme or nerdom door prizes and local gift cards To keep this completely free to the public, we are actively seeking local businesses to sponsor and support the event. Your sponsorship helps cover critical costs such as venue rental, equipment, marketing, contest prizes, and production needs—while giving your business meaningful visibility and engagement with hundreds of potential customers. Why Sponsor?- Reach a passionate and growing community of gamers, collectors, and families.- Get brand exposure at a high-energy event with up to 300+ direct attendees.- Show your support for local events that celebrate creativity, community, and family-friendly fun. Please see the Sponsorship Tiers below. We also welcome in-kind donations of food, drink, products, or gift cards to be used as prizes or giveaways. Whether you’re an individual, family, church, small business or a regional brand, we’d love to partner with you.Thank you for considering this opportunity to be a part of something special for the Upper Peninsula community. If you have any questions or would like to see how you can help sponsor please contact me with the information listed below. We sincerely appreciate your consideration and support in making Yooper Game Con a success.Since CheckPoint Saved is a registered 501c3 non profit all contributions are tax deductible. Many thanks,Brad WerlingPresident/Founder 453 North Rd, Negaunee, MI 49866906-204-0198brad@checkpointsaved.techSponsorship TiersTier NameAmountBenefits🕹️ Indie Sponsor$20Name listed on sponsor page of event site Social media shoutout🎲 Power-Up Sponsor$50All of the above + Small banner/signage at event + Mention in pre-event social media👾 Boss-Level Sponsor$100All of the above + Medium logo placement on event signage + Include item or flyer in giveaway bags + 1 table/booth space🏆 Tournament Sponsor$250All of the above + Large banner display + Verbal sponsor mentions🚀 Title Sponsor$500+All of the above + Naming rights for a major zone + Logo on all printed promo & banners + Top-tier booth placement
