Yooper Game Con 2026 Sponsorship InvitationMy name is Brad Werling. Back in 2019, I created an organization with my friends and family called CheckPoint Saved. Our mission as a 501c3 non-profit organization is to teach people of all ages how to safely and responsibly use technology. We are holding an event called Yooper Game Con on August 15th, 2026 at the Mining Hertigage Pavilion in Ishpeming, MI. I would love to talk to you about your business being a sponsor for this event. Yooper Game Con is a family-friendly gaming and pop culture convention hosted by CheckPoint Saved. This our 2nd standalone event builds on the success of past collaborations with UP CityFest, which drew up to 2,000 attendees and featured esports tournaments, BMX stunt shows, and live music. Our gaming zone alone attracted 200–300+ active participants, and this year, we expect an even greater turnout. Last year we had our first Yooper Game Con at Westwood Mall in Marquette, MI We’ve designed this year’s event to engage the Upper Peninsula’s growing gaming and pop culture community with: - Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart 8 Tournaments - Free Play Console Gaming Areas - Tabletop, Card, and Board Gaming - Prizes like gaming theme or nerdom door prizes and local gift cards To keep this completely free to the public, we are actively seeking local businesses to sponsor and support the event. Welcome to Yooper Game Con!&nbsp; Where Gaming and Faith Connect. We are back for 2026 but in a new location. Come join us at the Mining Heritage Pavilion by the Cliffs Shaft Mining Museum in Ishpeming, MI for a day filled with all things gaming. Whether you&#39;re into video games, board games, or tabletop RPGs, we&#39;ve got something for everyone. Meet fellow gamers, try out new games, and maybe even compete in a tournament or two. Don&#39;t miss out on the chance to geek out with us at Yooper Game Con! Doors and Registration opens at 11am.
