Chesterfield County-Colonial Heights Crime Solvers enhances community safety by providing a way for citizens to help law enforcement solve crimes and apprehend fugitives. The citizens can send in anonymous tips via our P3 app or tipline. If the tips lead to an arrest it could lead to a reward of up to $5,000. Fundraising events held throughout the year help us fund rewards to citizens and our annual scholarship rewafds.
