Abington Township Pre-Night Out Event 2026 &bull; &ldquo;An Evening of Fun for the Whole Family&rdquo; The Abington Police Department, Citizens and Police Together (C.A.P.T.) and the Joint Town Watch Council will present our 25th Annual Pre-Night Out event on Monday, August 3, 2026. &nbsp;Our block party style event draws thousands of attendees from the community, who stroll among special attractions, displays, information booths and enjoy good food, family fun, and entertainment. This year&rsquo;s event will benefit the Abington D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program. Please help make our 2026 Pre-Night Out a Huge Success. Our evening will feature State, County and local crime prevention &amp; safety demonstrations and displays, community information booths, local business information booths, good food and non-alcoholic beverages, along with giveaways for the kids, music, performers, games, face painting, and most importantly - Your Sponsorship !In terms of your sponsorship level for a table - you can either register today and pay later, or you can pay through Zeffy.&nbsp; If you&#39;d prefer to submit payment in person (by check), please register first, then contact Kaitlyn Metzinger at 267-536-1082 or kmetzinger@abingtonpa.gov. D.A.R.E. To Ride With C.A.P.T. 60-mile police led bike run through Montgomery County. Proceeds Benefit Abington&rsquo;s DARE ProgramJoin us for a scenic 30-mile ride to Green Lane Park and back, with a full police escort, then relax and enjoy lunch at the North Penn VFW. Registration opens at 8am with coffee and donuts being provided. Plan is to leave promptly at 9am.

🌭🐾 WIENERFEST! 🎶Join us for a day of live music, cold beer, great food, and a hot dog eating contest! 🌭Meet adorable dachshunds looking for forever homes through Long Dog and Friends, and enjoy fun for the whole family.Best of all, proceeds benefit Abington CAPT and the Abington Township Police Association.Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to have a great time for a great cause!🐾🌭 Wienerfest &mdash; Long Dogs, Hot Dogs &amp; Good Times!
