To make the most of it, here&#39;s a list of items you might want to bring and screen shot it so that you don&rsquo;t forget! :Clothing: Swimsuit or quick-dry shorts and synthetic fabric shirt. Something you&#39;re comfortable getting wet in. Don&rsquo;t wear cotton. Rashguard (prevents chafing &amp; sunburn) If you tend to get cold, (depending on temperature) recommend wearing &nbsp;long leggings and/or a wetsuit jacket. Towel and extra change of clothes for after the trip (Leave in a car at take out), &nbsp;Closed toe shoes/runners that can get wet or water shoes. Shoes shouldn&rsquo;t easily come off your feet. No Crocs.&nbsp; Lunch: &nbsp;We will have a stop for lunch. Pack your lunch in a small dry bag or a ziplock bag. Water for hydration!!Please don&rsquo;t pack glass or anything too bulky. A reminder this is a SOBER trip so no alcohol &nbsp;or drugs.&nbsp; Gear: We provide a life jacket, helmet and paddle. (If you have your own life jacket, we will need to inspect it to confirm it is river approved.) Sunglasses preferably with a keeper strap. Dry bag if you are bringing anything that needs to stay dry or your lunch. &nbsp;We have limited space on the boats so please pack light. You can bring your phone to take photos. To make the most of it, here&#39;s a list of items you might want to bring:&nbsp; Clothing: Swimsuit or quick-dry shorts and shirt and shoes (something you&#39;re comfortable getting wet in), rash guard (helps with chafing if you are wearing a PFD) Towel and an extra change of clothes for after the class.
