Silent Warriors Program&nbsp; The Silent Warriors Program is a signature initiative of the Color Coded Foundation, dedicated to supporting children who have witnessed or survived domestic violence. These young survivors often carry unseen emotional and psychological trauma that can shape their futures. Our program exists to ensure that no child has to suffer in silence or navigate their healing journey alone. Inspired by founder Tony Mitchell&mdash;who lost his mother to domestic violence at the age of 13&mdash;this initiative is rooted in lived experience, resilience, and purpose. As a Silent Warrior himself, Tony has transformed personal tragedy into a mission of hope, creating pathways for healing, empowerment, and opportunity for other children facing similar challenges. The Silent Warriors Program focuses on providing trauma-informed mental health support, fostering peer and family connections, and creating access to educational and mentorship opportunities. Through these efforts, we equip young survivors with the tools, community, and confidence needed to heal, grow, and thrive. At its core, the Silent Warriors Program is more than an initiative&mdash;it is a commitment to stand beside every child, amplify their voice, and help them reclaim their future.
