Colorado Friends Of Cajun Zydeco Music And Dance

Colorado Friends of Cajun Zydeco Music and Dance promotes Cajun and Zydeco music and dance through community events, fostering cultural appreciation and connection. They host lively dance events to celebrate and share this vibrant cultural heritage.

Come listen and dance to this fabulous, high-energy, rockin&#39; Cajun band, direct from Bayou Teche, Louisiana to the Arvada Elks Lodge! Dance the Cajun Two-Step, Waltz, Swing, and Zydeco! The Arvada Elks Lodge&nbsp;has a great wooden dance floor to dance the night away!&nbsp; Complimentary Coffee, Tea, Lemonade and Water will be available. Feel free to bring your own snacks! No alcohol or outside drinks are allowed inside the Elks Lodge, or in their parking lot.&nbsp; Paid parking is available on the south side of the Elks Lodge for $6 for the first hour and $2 per hour after that. Non-Elks members may not use the parking lot on the north side of the building. Free parking is available on the street, the nearby Rapid Transit parking lot, and 3 other close by city lots after 5pm (the first two hours are free regardless of time of day, then it&#39;s free after 7pm). Kick up your heels with Dikki Du and the Zydeco Krewe 🎶🕺 Join us for a high-energy Zydeco Dance Party in the Tango Studio at the Avalon Ballroom, hosted by Colorado Friends Of Cajun Zydeco Music And Dance. We&rsquo;re here to bring authentic Louisiana touring acts to Colorado and keep the dance floor buzzing. All levels welcome Whether you&rsquo;re a seasoned dancer or brand new to Zydeco, come stomp, spin, and smile with us. Your ticket helps us book more bands, grow the scene, and keep this joyful music thriving. Doors open at 6:45, Dance Lesson at 7:15, Music 8-10:30pm.
