Create. Connect. Heal. As part of In Colour Art Fest, these Premium Workshops are an opportunity to experience the power of creativity alongside professional local artists. Coloured Art Studio believes art is more than something we make—it is a tool for wellness, self-expression, and building stronger communities. Whether you're trying something new or deepening an existing skill, we invite you to create, connect, and leave inspired. Workshop Description: #FindThatLizard Dr. McGee is a herpetologist with a focus on lizards who uses clay as an educational tool to tell the stories of our scaly neighbors. In this workshop, you'll explore the diverse lizard species found across California, then channel that knowledge into decorating a pot inspired by those species. Whether you're an art lover, a nature nerd, or just lizard-curious, this is the ultimate blend of clay and science. No prior clay experience is needed. Come ready to get your hands dirty!

Description of the Workshop: Mosaic StoriesCreate, connect, and heal through the art of mosaics. In this family-friendly workshop, the wooden canvas becomes meaningful keepsakes as you use colorful marbles, beads, and glass tiles to tell a story. Inspired by memories of family, moments of joy, healing, growth, or even disappointment, you'll transform emotions into a unique work of art through color, texture, and imagination. Together, we'll celebrate how art can preserve memories, strengthen connections, and remind us that every piece, like every experience, has a place in something beautiful.
