Our mission
Founded in 1963 by Lula "Mama" Martin, Community Day Center for Children has served Seattle's Central District for over six decades. We provide whole-child early learning for children ages one to five, rooted in equity, cultural diversity, and family partnership. Your donation funds the Lula A. Martin Scholarship, supports educator professional growth, and helps us pay thriving wages so our doors stay open for every family who needs us.
