Connecting 4 Justice International

LXCL:Connecting 4 Justice International (C4JI) unites community in a safe and empowering space to advance advocacy, education, and healing. We work to reduce trauma, strengthen families, and promote positive reintegration for those impacted by the criminal justice system—ultimately reducing recidivism and driving systemic change.

Each year, the Connecting 4 Justice Conference unites changemakers from inside and outside the carceral system—service providers, families, policymakers, advocates, those with lived experience, and community leaders—to spark solutions, forge powerful partnerships, and build stronger and safer communities. This year's theme, "Crack The Cube: Building Economic Justice," explores how expanding access to meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, financial opportunity, and cross-sector collaboration can strengthen individuals, families, businesses, and communities while creating safer neighborhoods. One of this year's featured keynote speakers is Dave Dahl, founder of Dave's Killer Bread. Dahl's remarkable journey - from incarceration to building one of America's most recognizable bread brands—demonstrates the transformative power of second chances, meaningful employment, and believing in human potential. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with leaders from diverse sectors, build lasting partnerships, and explore innovative approaches that improve outcomes for individuals, families, businesses, and communities. *Please note that our conference ends at Noon on October 2. Connecting 4 Justice International & Silent Victims of Crime presents Collaboration at Sea Conference 2027! An immersive, funding-focused expedition for the executive directors, program officers, board leaders, and funders building a better system for children, youth, and families touched by criminal justice. ⚖️ Collaboration at Sea is our most ambitious convening to date - an expedition designed to move the field beyond the typical conference format. Over the course of five days at sea, participants join a living, breathing community of practice, where the conversations that matter most happen at the dinner table, out on the deck, and in the workshop room, free of the distractions that pull people away from organizational life. Set sail on a round-trip voyage from Fort Lauderdale to Nassau, Bahamas and CocoCay Private Island. This collaborative conference brings together direct service leaders, funders, researchers, and lived-experience advocates for structured working sessions, shared meals, and the kind of relationship-building that shapes real, funded partnerships. 🚢 Please note: This is only registration for the conference itself, not the cruise ship. All cruise related bookings such as cabin reservations, and cruise ship deposits and payments must go through our travel agency at https://baileysluxurytravel.wetravel.com/trips/connecting-4-justice-silent-victims-of-crime-sea-2027-baileys-luxury-travel-inc-6827710078#about-this-trip.
