Cote Brilliante Presbyterian Housing Corporation

LXCL:Cote Brilliante Presbyterian Housing Corporation is cultivating a sustainable community through housing development and community engagement.

🌟 Your Support is Invaluable🌟 We need your help to finish redeveloping the 4700 Labadie building in north St. Louis city. The building had been empty and sealed off for over ten years, but it is now undergoing complete renovation thanks to grants, donations, volunteers, and backing from local community members. Rehab of the building started in February of 2025 and survived the May 16th tornado. The tornado delayed the work restart to February 2026, but progress continues and we have now reached approximately 90% completion. Please make a tax-deductible donation to help us cross the finish line. How you can help power our mission:

Donate: Every dollar counts.
