The Witches are back! Join us at the Civil Twilight hour for the 5th annual Witches Paddle the Pecos! Costumes encouraged - only paddle-crafts.&nbsp; The event is free... donations encouraged. Proceeds will benefit the Carlsbad High School Theatre Club... you are also welcome to help us stuff the Boys &amp; Girls Club van with art supplies.&nbsp; This entry ticket will also serve as a Waiver of Liability for the event. By registering for the event you agree that you understand and agree to participate in this event at your own risk and peril. and that you give unconditional release and discharge the Creative Carlsbad Arts Council and its Board and Members from any and all claims related to this event. &nbsp;You also understand and agree/give consent that any photos and/or videos taken during the event may be shared via social media or other digital/print platforms.&nbsp;
