Currently we are raising funds to support 2 medical students.&nbsp;1.&nbsp;Hazem Qeshta is a 2nd year Palestinian medical student from Gaza studying in Egypt. Since October 7, 2023, over 1500 health workers, including over 140 doctors, &nbsp;have been killed in Gaza. Hazem is determined to develop the best &nbsp;knowledge and skills he can to serve the medical needs of the people of Gaza. Right now he &nbsp;needs to raise $1800 now so that he can prepare for and take the first of 3 exams that will qualify him for further skill development. &nbsp;We cannot help all the people in Gaza. &nbsp;But we can help this young man who is determined to return to Gaza with the highest skill set and medical knowledge possible. . &nbsp;&nbsp; 2.&nbsp;&nbsp;Batoul, is a nursing student from the West Bank.. She is &nbsp;enrolled at Al-ahlya &nbsp;University in Bethlehem. She is in her final semester of the Nursing program. Due to the ongoing financial crisis in Palestine, her father&#39;s salary (a sanitation worker for the Bethlehem municipality) &nbsp;has been withheld and he has been unable to pay her tuition. The Palestinian Authority&rsquo;s funds have been severely restricted by Israel, leaving her family with very limited resources. A payment of $500 stands as the only barrier preventing Batoul from completing her degree. Your support would ensure she finishes her studies and pursues her career in nursing, which is much needed in our community.
