Partner with Cultural Impact Collective, Inc. (CIC), in collaboration with the Haitian Association Foundation of Tampa Bay, Inc. (HAFTB), as we present Batay V&egrave;ty&egrave;: The Battle of Verti&egrave;res - The Road to Freedom on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at The Portico in Tampa, Florida. This cultural and community-centered experience will bring history to life through educational storytelling, a theatrical reenactment, cultural and artistic expressions, youth and family engagement, and a Featured Community Panel connecting the lessons of Verti&egrave;res to leadership, education, opportunity, service, health, business, civic life, culture, and community development.Sponsorship helps support educational programming, cultural presentations, outreach, event production, youth engagement, and an accessible, meaningful community experience. Sponsorship commitment deadline: Friday, October 2, 2026. Select the sponsorship level that best reflects your desired level of partnership and visibility. Join Cultural Impact Collective, Inc. (CIC), in collaboration with the Haitian Association Foundation of Tampa Bay, Inc. (HAFTB), as a participating vendor for Batay V&egrave;ty&egrave;: The Battle of Verti&egrave;res - The Road to Freedom on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at The Portico in Tampa, Florida. Vendors will have the opportunity to connect with attendees, share products or services, and participate in a cultural and community-centered event focused on history, education, culture, and community connection.Each approved vendor space includes:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">One 6-foot table</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">One tablecloth</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Two chairs</li></ul>Vendors are responsible for their own signage, banners, displays, merchandise, promotional materials, cultural d&eacute;cor, and any additional equipment needed for their setup unless otherwise approved by CIC. Vendor Display &amp; Cultural PresentationWe encourage vendors to decorate their table or booth in a festive, professional manner that reflects Haitian culture, heritage, and cultural pride. Vendors are welcome to incorporate culturally inspired colors, d&eacute;cor, textiles, signage, artwork, or other tasteful visual elements that help contribute to the celebratory atmosphere of Batay V&egrave;ty&egrave;.Displays should remain respectful, family-friendly, and appropriate for a cultural and community-centered event. Vendor space is limited. Registration and payment must be completed to reserve a space.
