The Desert Hills High School Mountain Bike Team is excited for the upcoming 2026 race season. This will be our thirteenth year as a high school team. We started out in 2013 as the Flying Monkeys, a small composite team, which included all high schools in Southern Utah with only 16 riders. By the 2017 season the team had grown to 200 riders! This caused the need to divide into separate teams. So, in 2018, the Flying Monkeys were transformed into 5 separate teams, representing each area high school. The Desert Hills Thunder Mountain Bike team was formed. The team is composed of students that attend the school, middle school and Intermediate schools in the Desert Hills High School boundaries. Last year we had 90 student-athletes on our team. We are looking for sponsors to help fund the team and need your financial support to successfully run our team. How does the Mountain Bike Team benefit from your sponsorship? Here are a few examples of what your donation can help with:Purchase the proper equipment and supplies (training equipment- team radios, tire pumps, tubes, tires, etc.)Team activities: year-end banquet, GRiT activities, Team BBQCoaches training and registrationRace day food, drinks, supplies, etc…Scholarship assistance for students that want to join, but might not have the moneyPlease submit your logo in vector format to dhhsmtb@gmail.com with your company name in the title as soon as possible.
