Athletes are evaluated using available evidence that may include performance, film, competition level, role, measurables, consistency, development trajectory, and recruiting context.The standard is simple:Recognition should be earned.The Cut List 25 is not pay-to-rank. Athletes cannot purchase placement, improve an evaluation through membership, or buy their way onto the list.
