Druid Hills Youth Sports

LXCL:Druid Hills Youth Sports (DHYS) has provided community-focused baseball and softball programs at Medlock Park since 1961. As we approach our 65th Anniversary in 2027, DHYS is raising funds for critical park improvements and facility upgrades. Our 12U Capstone program gives graduating players a premier milestone experience, with proceeds supporting travel, entry fees, and logistics for major capstone tournaments. Together, we are honoring our history and building for the future.

Devils Under The Stars Exclusives gives your player a chance at special DHYS experiences that go beyond regular league play. Every entry supports our local baseball and softball programs. ⚾✨ By joining this 50/50 Raffle, you help keep fields equipped, rules clear, and skill-building camps running strong. Your participation directly supports safe, fun, and well-organized play for young athletes in our community.

Devils Under The Stars Exclusives

The fall season is right around the corner, and DHYS Fall Training is the perfect way for young players to get ready! Back by popular demand, the 12U Devils coaches will be leading a fun, instructional training sessions on Saturday, August 22nd for Softball and&nbsp;Sunday, August 23rd for Baseball&nbsp;with help from our 12U Devils players. Campers will build their skills, get plenty of repetitions and learn from some of the players and coaches they see around the park. Players will be divided into small groups by age and rotate through stations focused on skills such as:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Hitting</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Throwing</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Fielding</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Baserunning</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Pitching when age appropriate</li></ul>Regardless of skill level or experience, Fall Training is a great opportunity for players to sharpen their skills, build confidence and get excited for the upcoming season. It also gives our 12U Devils the chance to share what they have learned with the next generation of DHYS players. Fall Pre Season Training

Hi DHYS Families, Our annual Spring Field Work Day is happening this Saturday, August 22nd! As you know, keeping our park safe, clean, and looking fantastic for our players relies entirely on the volunteer power of our fantastic families. We know Saturdays are busy, and not everyone can make it to &quot;team up&quot; in person.No time to pick up a rake? No problem! Rent-A-Devil! 🛠️ You can still fulfill your volunteer effort and make a huge impact on our league. We invite you to support our Capstone Fundraising efforts through our popular Rent-A-Devil program. For a minimum $50 donation, we will assign a dedicated Devils player to provide the sweat equity at the park on your behalf. They get to work; you support their culmination trip&mdash;it&rsquo;s a win-win.
