The East Lewis County Chamber of Commerce fosters a vibrant business community by supporting local enterprises, promoting economic growth, and enhancing quality of life through collaboration and advocacy for the interests of its members.

<p fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="margin: 0px; line-height: 1.5; width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Vendors must comply with the following event requirements:</p><ul fr-original-style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;" style="list-style-type: disc; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Because the event is held on a cement/asphalt surface, tents must be secured with an anchoring method that does not require stakes.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vendors are required to be present for all three days unless special arrangements have been approved in advance.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">At this time, vendors must provide their own power. Event organizers are exploring generator options, which may be available at an additional cost.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Please be prepared for large crowds throughout the event.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Proof of insurance is required.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Commercial filming at the event is prohibited without express written permission from the event organizing body.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The use of cell phones to record speakers/demonstrations is not allowed inside the presentation building.</li></ul>
