The program provides health education, peer support, and referrals to affirming health and social services. Your support helps ensure that trans community members&mdash;who often face significant barriers to healthcare, housing, and safety&mdash;can access lifesaving harm reduction services and a welcoming space grounded in dignity, respect, and mutual aid. Donations directly fund supplies, outreach, transportation, emergency shelter, and peer-led support efforts that keep people safer, healthier, and connected.&nbsp;
