The Evergreen Nursing Student Association (ENSA) supports nursing students at Evergreen Valley College through fundraising, community service, and professional development, fostering teamwork and leadership while funding graduation-related expenses.

🥞 Join us for ENSA&#39;s First-Ever Applebee&#39;s Flapjack Fundraiser! 🎉 We&rsquo;re &nbsp;excited to invite you to the Evergreen Nursing Student Association&#39;s (ENSA) very first Flapjack Fundraiser at Applebee&#39;s on Cottle Road! For $14 per ticket, you&#39;ll enjoy a delicious breakfast that includes: 🥞 Pancakes 🥓 Bacon 🍳 Scrambled eggs ☕ Your choice of coffee, tea, juice, or a soft drink 📅 Time: 8:00 AM &ndash; 10:00 AM All proceeds will help support the Evergreen Valley College Nursing Class of Fall 2026, to help fund graduation-related costs.&nbsp; We would truly appreciate your support! Whether you attend yourself or share this fundraiser with your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors, every ticket helps make a difference. FAQs:&nbsp;What is ENSA?&nbsp;The Evergreen Nursing Student Association (ENSA) is a nonprofit student-led organization at Evergreen Valley College that is dedicated to supporting nursing students throughout our program. Our organization provides opportunities for students to get involved outside of the classroom through fundraising, community service, professional development, and student engagement. The funds we raise help support nursing student events and graduation-related expenses, including our nursing pinning ceremony, nursing pins, decorations, refreshments, and other costs that celebrate our graduates&#39; accomplishments. We also strive to build a strong sense of community by organizing activities that encourage teamwork, leadership, and peer support throughout the nursing program. What if I can&#39;t attend but would still like to support ENSA?You can still purchase a ticket to support our fundraiser even if you&#39;re unable to attend. Every ticket purchased helps support the Evergreen Valley College Nursing Class of Fall 2026. While we&#39;d love to see you there, your support is greatly appreciated either way! What exactly is served at the breakfast?(3) Pancakes, (2) slices of bacon, syrup, butter and a beverage (coffee, soda, tea, orange juice or milk.) There are no substitutions or additions to this breakfast menu. Pancakes are all-you-can-eat. Beverages are free refills. Can I purchase tickets at the door?Tickets are available while supplies last. We encourage purchasing your ticket in advance to help us better prepare for the event.
