Pink in the City 2026 brings together local vendors and our Faith Strong BREASTies community to honor those impacted by breast cancer 🎀. Your registration helps create a warm, welcoming space where survivors, caregivers, and supporters can connect and find resources. Please complete this vendor registration form to reserve your spot, share your business details, and confirm how you&rsquo;ll participate. Together, we&rsquo;ll build an event filled with hope, support, and meaningful conversations.

As part of our mission to provide our BREASTies spiritual, relational and emotional support we are EXCITED about our 3rd Annual upcoming BREASTies Fall Retreat. &nbsp;Spiritually, we will exemplify our Faith in God that our Faith has healed us and we trust in God. Relationally, we will continue to build our bond of sisterhood and BREASTies to get to know one another better as we continue in our fight and breast cancer journey. &nbsp;Emotionally, we hope this weekend away to relax, rejuvenate, have fun and laugh with your BREASTies to return home a better and different person.&nbsp; Participations, Release, and Medical Agreement While Faith Strong make every effort to provide a safe and pleasant environment for every BREASTie who attends the annual fall retreat, we do require that this participation agreement be read, filled out, signed, and dated by all BREASTies who wish to attend and participate.&nbsp; With full knowledge, I accept full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur to myself, while attending and participating in Faith Strong BREASTies Support Group 3rd Annual Fall Retreat, Friday October 16, 2026 - Sunday October 18,2026 &nbsp;in Greenville, South Carolina. &nbsp; Although Faith Strong BREASTies Support Group has taken reasonable steps to provide safe accommodations and activities, I will be held liable and responsible for my attendance and participation as a result of any injury, illness or accidents.&nbsp; For promotional or marketing purposes, Faith Strong BREASTies Support Group reserves the right to use any audio, video, and/or photography of BREASTies during this weekend to share to our Facebook page, website and other social media outlets for the purposes of thanking donators and soliciting for donors. &nbsp; I, on behalf of myself, my assigns and my estate, agree to release and hold harmless Faith Strong Ministry d/b/a Faith Strong BREASTies Support Group, its Founders, officers, board, agents or employees, for any and all claims for injuries, causes of action, or liability related to my attendance and participation in any activity occurring during this weekend.&nbsp; Should Faith Strong, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney&#39;s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold Faith Strong harmless for all such fees and cost.&nbsp; I further understand that a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure my hotel accommodations to help offset the expenses for the retreat. I understand that I am fully responsible for my transportation to and from the retreat, any personal expenses incurred by me and my lunch for Saturday October 17th. &nbsp; By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the accommodations, transportation, weekend agenda and personal expenses associated with the 2026 annual fall retreat. I further understand and acknowledge if anyone is hurt or property damaged during my attendance and participation during this weekend, I, my assigns, and my estate may be found by court of law to have waived any right to maintain a lawsuit against Faith Strong on the basis of any claim which has been released herein. I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and agree to be bound to its terms.&nbsp;
