The Family Care Center started the Weiss Lake Duck Race back in 2022, and it has quickly become one of our most exciting annual community events. We come together to launch 1,000+ ducks to float down Weiss Lake with the top 3 winners.

For many families in our community, putting a holiday meal on the table can be a real challenge.That's where holidaybox comes in.Through Family Care Center's Holiday Box Campaign, you can help provide a Cherokee County family with a box filled with food to help make their Thanksgiving or Christmas meal a little more joyful.For just $15, you can sponsor a holiday box containing an assortment of canned foods and holiday meal mixes, along with a 5.5 pound roaster chicken to help make a special meal possible.
